Item Description: Both Pollution control boat davits are to be thoroughly overhauled. Scope includes following:- (i) Overhauling of hydraulic pumps (ii) Overhauling of lowering/hoisting hydro motor winch (iii) Overhauling of lowering/hoisting swivel hooks (iv) Overhauling of wire sheaves and pin assembly (v) Overhauling of slewing cylinder, f luffing cylinders and slewing bearing (vi) Verify the control valves, pressure relief valves and block integrity (vii) Overhauling and re-setting of the counter balancing mechanism. (viii) Overhauling and setting of distribution blocks, non return valves and pressure relief valves, operating head assembly. (ix) Overhauling of 04 in nos. valve manifold and to be proved for any leakage. Firm to cater for dismantling of crane arm for overhauling of pivot mechanism and replacement of all associated fasteners. (x) Overhauling of hydraulic ram fitted and replacement of cylinder seal assembly. (xi) Renewal of wire ropes as per sample and crimping with hook and winches (xii) Renewal of all hydraulic hoses (xiii) Overhauling and proving of 02 in nos. direction control valve manifold. (xiv) Overhauling of hydraulic hand pump and to be proved. (xv) All hydraulic oil accumulator for emergency operation to be drained, internally cleaned and pressure tested with associated systems and valves. Emergency operations to be proved on completion. (xvi) Inspect the ante hook & anti rolling assembly for the functioning, ease and lubricate associate fittings and check for smooth operation. (xvii)Both PC Boat Davit to be load tested and certificate to be rendered SWL - 3.875 T, Test Load- Static-4.8T, Dyn-4.3 T
