Item Description: The Room temperature vulcanizing (RTV) coating liquid along with any catalyst/mixing liquid with the following specifications shall be supplied. 1) Specific gravity at 25 deg C: 1.26 2) Dielectric Strength: 64kV/mm. The remaining specifications are detailed in attached Annexure. - Application: The material shall be used for coating the surface of 11kV Indoor resin cast Current transformers. -The type test certificates of previously supplied material shall be submitted along with the technical offer. The test certificates shall be from agency accredited by NABL like CPRI, ERDA etc. The tests are listed below: 1) Tracking and erosion test. Test procedure as per ASTM D 2303-97 or IEC-60587 2) Hydrophobicity test. Test procedure as per REC 76/2006. 3) Arc resistance test. Test procedure as per ASTM D 495-99 **The offers from the vendors who do not submit the certificates as required shall be technically rejected. -Routine test certificates shall be submitted along with the material. -Onsite demo shall be provided to NALCO employees at worksite.
