(1) Supply and transportation of welding portions of Fusion welding of 60 Kg/60 EIR260 grade rails on cess/ track free of traffic condition by Alumino Thermic process into short welded panels or otherwise with RDSO approved welding portions & techniques (2) Supply and transportation of welding portions for 60 Kg.90 UTS rails by Aluminum Thermic/SKV process under the jurisdiction of Sr. Divisional Engineer/ West/Waltair.
Fusion welding of 60Kg/60EIR260 grade rails on cess/track free of traffic condition by Alumino Thermic process into short welded panels/long welded panels or otherwise, with RDSO approved welding portions & techniques, RDSO certified competent supervisor and welder, with contractors all materials, tools and equipment, using approved weld trimmer, rail profile grinder as per IRS-T-19 2012 specification, generator for finishing of joints, including transportation & unloading of welding portions and equipment from their factory to SSE/JE-Pway Stores depot with contractors own transporting arrangement. inclusive of all taxes, royalty, excise duties etc. complete in all respects (excludingPetrol/Kerosene and required labour etc, to assist the welder). Welding of joints shall be carried out as per RDSO/Railway Board approved, Compressed Air Petrol pre-heat preheating. pieces prefabricated moulds manually pressed using single shot crucible fitted with automatic tapping thimbles technique as per IRS T-19-2012 specifications. as directed by the Engineerin-charge.
