1) Provision of Communication Media for working of Block, Axle Counter and other telecom circuits on wireless channel at Bukru Station (BUKR) 2) Shifting of MTRC subscribers working over Dhanbad division from NR (New Delhi) MSC to NFR MSC (Guwahati). 3) Provision of station VHF communication recording facility at different Stations over Dhanbad.
Supply of 48 Mbps or higher OFDM outdoor TDM Redundant Backup (4XE1) radio equipment with Ethernet plus 4XE1 future capable capacity in unlicensed frequency band of 5.8 GHZ for back up RF link (Automatic changeover to wireless in case of wireless failure and vice versa ) along with DC power supply arrangement and accessories per enclosed specification .The Unit consist of 01 no. outdoor unit (ODU) + 01 no. indoor unit (IDU) as per RDSO spec no. RDSO/SPN/TC/ 91/ 2012 Rev -1 or latest amendment wireless back -up system consisting of: (a) IDU E1 indoor unit for E1 back-up, 2 Ethernet interface, Supporting wide range DC input (20 to 60 VDC). (Make: RADWIN or similar) (b) ODU/F58 Outdoor unit for external antenna for 5.8 GHz band INDIA unlicensed. (Make : RADWIN) (c) 5.8 GHz external antenna with gain of 28 dbi or higher along with mounting arrangement. (d) STP cable as per requirement. (e) STP RJ-45 connectors. (f) Site survey. (g) Application software on CD-ROM contains installation & operational manual and link budget calculator. Work will be carried either by OEM or his authorized representative.
