1) Gold plated Silver Medal with Indian Railway Logo on one side and name of Zonal Rail way on the other side. (2) Two Aluminium Pillars of height 1.5 inches and diameter 0.75 inches on bot h sides of the medal. (3)The Two stands/pillars are to be fixed suitably on inner plate of 9 mm covered with Velvet cloth so that the Medal may not be displaced due to jerk or capsize condition of the box. (4 ). Packing in transparent acrylic Velvet box of good quality and good aesthetics view. (5).Design of Me dal and Acrylic box as per attached Drg. Annexure' A'. (6). In the Indian Railway logo, 17 stars should be present. (7) Weight of medal - 20 gms. (8).Silver of 0.999 purity.(9) Diameter of the medal should b e 1.5 inches, (10) The medal should be Hall marked. (11) Thickness of Gold plating on Silver medal mi nimum 0.5 micron. (12) Tolerance where not indicated shall be as per IS:2102, Part-I and Part-II mediu m Tolerance. Sample to be approved before bulk supply.
