Item Description: Entire Gemini davit to be overhauled. Scope includes following:- (i) Overhauling of hoisting/lowering reduction gear box and slewing gear box (ii) Overhauling of sheave block and hook assembly (iii) Renewal of bearings fitted on wire rope drum. (iv) Dismantle the Davit from foundation and inspect the holding down bolts. If found defective to be renewed. (v) Davit arm to be chipped, cleaned and inspected for structural soundness. (vi) On completion of overhauling and repair, the davit to be assembled and proved for operation. Mat- Firm supply, Spares - CG Supply.
