BOQ Item Description: Supply install testing and commissioning of system where in the provisions will be made to prepare the list of officers formations based on various filter as per requirement and to upload the postings issued by E in C branch in the HRM Portal these postings shall also be reflected in the profile of affected officers The system will also generate details of outstanding moves as per the required format based on the posting orders issued and uploaded on the portal The data card of officers as per the required format is also to be generated In the portal a mechanism for representation against the posting by officers is to be provided Through this the officer wishes to represent against posting may do so through his present formation user id The representation will be uploaded in the PDF format and the design of system will be such that it has provisions of recording the remarks of all the formations in the chain of Command A copy of such representation shall also be available to officers posted in concerned posting sections of E in C Br as advance copy Once the remarks are entered by any authority the representation will move to next higher authority for remarks The representation with all the remarks in the chain will be available to officers at concerned section at E in C for final decision The decision and date of move as the case may be will be communicated through this portal and all the formations in the chain will be privy to the decision taken by the E in C Br If any officer does not move by the due date givens after the disposal of representation the details of such all outstanding moves to be reflected in the portal under a separate menu Provisions to be made for publication of Movement orders in such cases E in C Br will be made empowered to issue SoS PTO of such officers if necessary
