For full access - such as tender document downloads, daily alerts, and award data - users can upgrade to a paid membership.

How do I complete my registration step by step?

1. Click on Register/Sign Up on the homepage.
2. Click on Continue with Google Choose an account
OR
3. Fill in all required details. (like Name, Email ID, Mobile Number, State and Product/Service (Optional))
4. Wait for admin approval (usually within 24–48 hours).

What should I choose for my username?

Use yours or your company's name or a recognisable short form.
It should be unique and may contain only letters and numbers.

I’m getting an error while submitting the form. What should I do?

Recheck all required fields
Clear your browser cache or switch to a different browser.
If the issue continues, contact our support team or email to info@indiantenders.in with a screenshot of the error

How long does it take for account approval?

Account activation generally takes 24 - 48 working hours.
You will receive an email confirmation once your account is active.

How can I reset my password?

Click “Forgot Password” on the login page, enter your registered email, and follow the instructions to create a new password.

What should I do if my email is already linked to another account?

Use Forgot Password to regain access.
If you’ve lost access to that email, contact our support team for assistance.
